We own our own farm in the Issan region of northeast Thailand. As we have grown, we have enlarged and extended our farm. Eight people work here and live here permanently thanks to your purchases. Our flowers are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, using traditional, sustainable methods.

With the introduction of sales to professionals, we reached the limits of our production capacity. As a result, we have developed a partnership with two other farms that also cultivate in the traditional, organic way. These partner farms share our commitment to environmentally-friendly farming practices.

For added safety, we have our butterfly pea flowers regularly tested by Thailand’s Central Laboratory. These tests look for over fifty chemical substances often used in agriculture (copy included in our photos). These analyses guarantee the quality of our Clitoria Ternatea (butterfly pea) flowers. We also carry out analyses for heavy metals and organic contaminants such as salmonella and Escherichia coli. Our flowers are thus certified free of harmful residues, ensuring safe and healthy consumption.

Quality flowers, naturally grown and dried

All our packaging contains only flowers grown naturally without fertilizers. We have developed our own unique solar drying process. Unlike traditional drying, our Clitoria Ternatea flowers are protected from dust and impurities throughout the drying process. Thanks to a solar oven, we achieve partial dehydration. The flowers retain a certain suppleness and do not suffer the oxidation of long drying. This also prevents drying out and the loss of the positive effects of this royal-blue flower. • The Butterfly Pea flower has been consumed without notorious side effects as a food coloring for a very long time in Asia. It is considered a traditional food and its use has been approved by the Thai FDA as a beverage and food coloring. In the USA, the FDA has approved its use as a food coloring agent and as a tea. In Europe, it is tolerated but still considered as a novel product and is currently under review by EFSA
