What are the shipping times for your products?

We take 1-4 days to process your order and then 2-4 days to deliver it to you, depending on your country.

Please note: if you are not present at the time of delivery, you may have to collect your order yourself.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, we do. We deliver worldwide, but some countries may be temporarily unavailable depending on the period.

Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Thailand and the USA. We have a depot in Europe, in the USA and our central warehouse is located in Thailand.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you will receive your tracking number automatically by e-mail. If not, please wait at least 4 days after your order and ask for your tracking number by email at: [email protected]

Some items are missing from my order. What happens?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If your order contains items from two different warehouses, for example, there will be two deliveries and two tracking numbers. The rest of the order will certainly arrive shortly.

I’ve received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a photo of the damaged item in its packaging, one of it out of the packaging and a photo of the packaging with the label visible. Take the photos with your smartphone in high definition. Send the e-mail to: [email protected] and we’ll send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

I still haven’t received my order. What’s taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. International shipping can sometimes take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still feel you need help tracking your package, or would like to make an enquiry, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected].

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to be reimbursed for your order, we can of course credit the payment method used at the time of ordering. In this case, the claim must be made within 14 days of receipt of the order and only on products that are not on sale. For further information, please read more about our refund policy.
